Our new procedures are as follows:

- If you need FOOD:
Please call us at (450) 812-8483 (DIX30) or (438) 384-3553 (Griffintown) so that we may prepare your order. We ask that you settle the bill over the phone. Please let us know if the latter is not possible, and we will offer you an alternative. You will be assigned an order number and can then collect your order at the clinic's entrance.
- If you need a renewal of your pet's MEDICATION:
The veterinarian on staff will consult your file and will obtain any required information. The bill will be settled over the phone, if possible. You will be assigned an order number. You can then collect the medication from a container dedicated for this purpose located outside the clinic's front entrance.
- If your pet is ILL:
Call us, the veterinarian on staff will take your call and determine if your consultation can be performed remotely or if your pet should be brought into the clinic.
PLEASE BE ADVISED that for the moment, CLIENTS CANNOT ENTER OUR CLINICS for your security and for that of our employees.

We are offering TELEMEDICINE services that enable our veterinarians to perform consultations remotely!
